Bare Minimum

Hello Reader and welcome to my very first blog post. Seeing as I'm new to all this, I thought I'd keep my first post super simple; a quick, minimal and effortless makeup look for those 'attack the snooze button' kind of mornings. The look itself is nothing too dramatic or risky , yet still appears put together and is completely fool-proof. The best part? Only 6 products and 1 brush are required...

The smudge on the corrector is annoying me too..

Base: I've selected the Bobbi Brown Corrector in Porcelain Peach as a multi-use corrector/concealer  to eliminate even the worst of dark circles and for some good spot coverage too, Soap and Glory One Heck of a Blot translucent powder to erase any shine and Rimmel Blush in Santa Rose for a pop of colour.

Eyes and Brows: I've chosen to use my current favourite mascara YSL Volume Effect Faux Cils in black (mine is sample size) for buildable lash length and intensity, also, to add some Delevingne-esque drama to my very fair brows I've included L'Oreal's Brow Artist Pencil in 02 Blonde. I like this but will not be repurchasing it when it runs out; I've got my eyes on the Anastasia Brow Wiz next.

Lips: My go-to MAC Lipstick in Patisserie for a moisturising, lustrous, nude wash of colour.

Tools: The versatile Real Techniques Blush Brush for face and under-eye powdering as well as applying blusher.

[feel free to add or minus any products such as foundation for extra coverage, or perhaps eyeshadow if you have extra time]

That's all for my 'Bare Minimum' makeup look. I hope you enjoyed my first post, I will be back again soon with another :) Thank-You for reading,

Esmé
