Today is the first ever (!) style focused post on CloudEsmé and I'm so happy with how it turned out. Whilst it pained me slightly having my outfit photographed (notice the grimacing haha) I know that fashion is something I want to maintain here because it's my favourite content to see on other people's blogs.

The moment I saw these blush trousers on Asos I immediately envisioned wearing them on the streets of New York. For a stroll around the East Village I paired them with black velvet block heels (very Aquazurra) and a plain black knit to let the pink do all the talking.
Bonus is that the trousers turned out to be much more versatile than you'd first think; I wore them first with velvet block heels, then swapped those out for white Supergas halfway through the day and both looked pretty effortless. (I won't lie, my feet started to ache in the heels after lunch - think we walked about 10 miles this day!)
Lastly I popped on my black LeSpecs and my trusty Matt&Nat Shareen bag to carry all the essentials. Thinking of doing a review of this bag soon because I've been so impressed after the ultimate how-much-can-it-carry city break test.

Quite enjoyed putting this together, what do you guys think?
Hope you're having a good week!
