The last of the pre-holiday packing posts today, this one giving you a round-up of the makeup essentials I'll be using throughout the city break. Expect to see these products in action within upcoming New York posts, hope you're as excited as me!

Makeup Bag - Catseye

Products in order of my application:

• Liz Earle Brightening Concealer
• Nars Laguna Bronzer
• MAC Charcoal Brown and Brun eyeshadows used in place of eyeliner - cruelty free alternatives would be Makeup Geek Brownie Points and Americano (I'm just using MAC ones up)
• Essence Make Me Brow Gel
• Liz Earle Brown Mascara
• Dior Lip Shine in Windrose for daytime (discontinued, 'It Pink' is similar ), and Nars Cruella Lip Pencil as a brighter option
